The Real Building Workers Association of Kenya (REBWAK) is a non-political, non-profit organisation registered under the Societies Act, CAP 108, Laws of Kenya. REBWAK brings together construction workers to promote professional conduct, skills development, occupational safety, welfare and responsible participation in Kenya’s construction industry.
The Association with 4,500+ members collaborates with government agencies, industry stakeholders and training institutions to strengthen workers’ capacity, improve compliance, promote RPL and accreditation and support access to opportunities. Through training, awareness, advocacy and stakeholder engagement, REBWAK seeks to contribute to a safer, more professional and productive construction workforce while giving workers a collective voice in shaping the industry’s future nationally.
