The Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) is the professional body dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the interests of Quantity Surveyors in Kenya. Established in 1994, the Institute brings together professionals trained and registered to practice Quantity Surveying and serves as a key professional platform within Kenya’s built environment.
IQSK advances the practice of Quantity Surveying through Continuous Professional Development (CPD), networking, publications, industry engagement and strategic partnerships. It also supports members through professional recognition, access to industry publications, conferences, seminars and other professional opportunities.
Through its engagement with professionals, industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies, IQSK contributes to the advancement of Quantity Surveying and the development of the wider building and construction industry in Kenya
